We built out this modern style building into a tasteful restaurant while utilizing an open floor plan & maximizing seating. One of our favorite parts of this build-out is the oyster bar featuring a refinished, older oyster sink from Charleston, SC. It fit perfectly and the glass windows ensure guests can get a good view of it!

Boxcar Betty's
We have built and worked on all the Boxcar Betty's locations in the Charleston, SC area. The Mt. Pleasant location was the most extravagant to date. We took an empty shell and up-fit this cool, locally owned and operated business. We have even built a Boxcar location in Charlotte. It is inside the new Optimist Hall building if you are ever in the area please stop by and check it out. We look forward to expanding this business into the Atlanta Area. F45 Gym
We have had the pleasure of building two F45 locations in Charleston, SC- The West Ashley location and the Meeting St location in downtown Charleston. We also have worked on their original location in Mt. Pleasant. We will be building another location in Columbia, SC in 2020. If you haven’t tried this gym yet, it's a great workout and the staff and owners are all very friendly. They have a lot of energy and great outlook. Please check them out!

Anguished Barber
This unique concept includes combining a barbershop and bar together. We had fun installing a giant glass wall to separate the 20+ barber stations from the sleek, modern bar area. The exposed spiral ductwork looks like a work of art. White hex tile throughout contrasts nicely with the dark navy walls.

Edmund's Oast Brewery
This was a very cool project to be a part of. I have had the pleasure of working for Lennon Construction on many occasions. We have performed many commercial and residential projects for Lennon Construction and are very proud of this one in particular. We executed the build-out of the original building and the heavy timber outdoor serving area. We worked on all phases of construction, foundation, metal framing, mechanics, carpentry, trim, roofing, tile and the list goes on. Probably the most interesting part was installing the brewery equipment. If you have a chance go sample what they have to offer and have a look at the barreled ceiling and custom bar!

Bon Bahn Mi
We built the Bahn Bon Mi Mt. Pleasant location. This was a wine bar that we deconstructed and re-built into a full service restaurant. It was a pleasure to build and I really enjoy the food. It's an asian cuisine concept, that is locally owned. If you haven’t tried it yet-- you should!!

This is located in West Ashley and specializes in fresh Poke Bowls. We took an old office unit and converted it into a fully functional restaurant. It is locally owned and operated. Great clients with very good food. Please check them out!!
